The result of a complete reconstruction completed in 2010, with subsequent interventions aimed at increasing its energy efficiency, the property is spread over several levels with a surface area of approximately 400 sqm (4,304 sqft). The rooms are spacious, airy and distributed with great attention to functionality, offering a high quality of living both for everyday family life and for moments of conviviality. The four bedrooms and five bathrooms guarantee privacy and comfort, while the spacious living areas allow for pleasant moments even in the winter months.

The materials chosen tell a story of continuity between past and present: polished concrete floors in the living area, oak planking in the bedrooms, ceilings with chestnut beams and old terracotta tiles, brickwork arches, pietra serena stairs and a large original fireplace also made of pietra serena.
