The Gamsstadt is in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps and is easily accessible between Innsbruck (95 km), Salzburg (80 km), and Munich (120 km).

Built in 2015; the floor space does not include garage and terrace areas. This charmingly built country house chalet is located on the outskirts of Going am Wilden Kaiser, in a very sunny residential area. The cross-country ski trail starts right in front of the house, and the surrounding area is characterized by meadows and low-density neighbouring buildings. The chalet is divided into three floors, with two bedrooms and an
en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the attic, which is reserved for the living room and dining area. The exposed roof truss with old wooden beams creates an open living space, and a panoramic fireplace with windows on three sides enhances the cozy atmosphere of this living area. A high-quality kitchen is already in place, and terraces facing south and north can be used on nice days and are also furnished. In the basement, there is another bedroom with a bathroom and access to a spacious atrium. In the adjoining room, a wellness area with a sauna has been set up, which will bring much joy after a strenuous day of skiing.

There is a garage for 2/3 cars. All exterior and interior woodwork was done using traditional old (antique) wood, underscoring the construction quality of this country house
chalet. The finest reclaimed wood materials were used for the floors and interior doors, giving the house an incomparable charm and a cosy atmosphere. A wonderful living space with low maintenance requirements but high
quality of living.
