This is a co-living home. All 4 bedrooms are for rent. The Master bed room is large, with a linen closet, his/her closet, double vanity, shower, and bath. The 2 upstairs units have a walk-in closet bathroom access, and a loft area/ upstairs living room. Downstairs is a bedroom with a full bathroom. Each tenant will share the amenities in the home kitchen, dining room, and living room. The prices for the units are: Master bedroom: $1200 Upstairs bedroom 1: $800 Upstairs bedroom 2: $800 Downstairs bedroom w/ bath: $1000 downstairs unit is $1000 and the upstairs unit is $800.
