The current lessee will be assigning the lease to the proposed lessee. This is not a sublease. The current lease is until June 30, 2026.

The living area is an estimation. It has been calculated using the area of the interior rooms. The actual living area may vary.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY PROMISE TO LEASE:

1) The lease assignment is conditional to the agreement of the LESSOR.

2) Proof of financial solvency, credit verification, references, and proof of employment must be provided after acceptance, and to the LESSOR's satisfaction.

3) Proof of insurance, including civil liability of at least $2,000,000 is required before the move-in date.

4) No pets, no short-term rentals and no smoking.
