Adamson Court is a block of flats in the Abbey Park development just to the south of St Andrews Cathedral. The property is 0.4 miles from South Street and is within the boundary of the traditional town centre. The East Sands Beach and St Andrews Harbour are close by and the property is well placed for the university and all the facilities in the centre of St Andrews.

St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the Home of Golf. 17 Adamson Court is a corner flat in a development of 24 flats which was completed in 2008. It is built to a rising front so is ground floor to the shared gardens to the north.

There are stairs and lift up from the basement where there is a shared hall and south facing front door.

The door to the flat leads to a corridor and inner hall with wooden floor. Off this are cupboards containing the Valliant boiler, hot water cylinder and fuse boards.

Adamson Court is the second block of flats on the left and has guest parking in front. No 17 is at the far (east) end.
