Aspley Guise is located approximately 10 miles of Central Milton Keynes and 1.5 miles of the M1 (J13) nestling close to the woodland of The Duke of Bedfords Woburn Estate. The village has a small historic central square with a number of period properties surrounding the square, yet is situated approximately 1.5 miles from the M1 at junction 13. Aspley Guise boasts its own railway station which stands on the Bedford to Bletchley railway line which links to the east coast and west coast main lines.

The traditional town of Woburn Sands is approximately 1.6 miles to the west and offers a comprehensive range of amenities including shops, banks, restaurants and public houses. In addition, grammar schools are available in Buckingham and Aylesbury.
