Yewtree Cottage is set in a popular location on Sherbourne Street in Edwardstone just outside the village of Boxford. The area is designated a conservation area within a designated "Special Landscape Area".

Boxford provides good local facilities including shops, a post office, a doctor's surgery, a very well regarded primary school and direct daily transport to local and private day schools. The market towns of Hadleigh and Sudbury provide further educational, recreational and shopping amenities with Colchester which is approximately 10 miles away, providing regular mainline direct rail links to London's Liverpool Street Station, together with access to the A12.

Proceed out of Boxford and turn left on to Sherbourne Street. Yewtree Cottage will be found on the right hand side.
