In the peaceful surroundings of Zadar, several building plots with villa projects with swimming pools are for sale. Each plot is about 1000m2 in size and can be purchased in different phases of construction. All plots are flat, passable, of regular shape and with a secured access road and available infrastructure.   It is possible to purchase a plot without a building permit for €150,000, with a permit for €170,000, with foundations started for €200,000, in high unfinished state for €500,000 and in the finished, turnkey phase for €750,000.
