Semi-detached house of 600 m2 near Omiš, 250 m from the sea. Steps lead to the sea, but you can also walk along the road. There is a supermarket nearby that is open all year round, while restaurants and bars are only open for the season. The construction of the house began in 2000 and was completed in 2018. The older part of the house has four floors (ground floor and three floors). On the ground floor there is a new smaller apartment with a large terrace and it has never been used.
