Holme Craig is situated about half a mile from the centre of this charming and ever popular seaside resort.

Lyme Regis is a picturesque town noted for its period buildings including the historic Cobb and is situated at the heart of the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

Holme Craig (Island of Rock) is an attractive and substantial listed Grade II Victorian villa thought to date back to the 1880s. A gently winding path leads through a delightful collection of speciality snowdrops and heathers on the softly sloping terrain, continuing onwards to a pedestrian gate that provides direct access to Cobb Road. From the West proceed along Sidmouth Road (A3052) and down the hill into Lyme Regis, heading towards the town centre. At the Holmbush Car Park, turn right into Cobb Road, signposted Harbour and Cobb. After about 100 m down Cobb Road turn right into Shire End Lane, a private road and the property is the first on the left.
