In the gently rolling landscape above Lake Brängen, just outside Mullsjö, lies Valshalla - a charming village with medieval origins, beautifully set amid pastureland, groves of deciduous forest and the tranquil presence of the lake. Here, in an elevated and scenic position, stands Valshalla Gård.

An avenue of trees lines the approach to the courtyard, where the main residence is flanked by two wings, together forming a harmonious and welcoming setting. The current main house was built in 2000 and designed in conjunction with the two wings to create a classical farmstead composition around the gravel courtyard, complete with a circular drive that enhances the symmetry. The surrounding garden was established at the same time and has been carefully maintained ever since. Mature deciduous trees, planted borders and open lawns coexist in balance, and at the edge of the grounds a gazebo offers a serene retreat overlooking the landscape.

The wings frame the courtyard and provide several functional spaces. Nearby stands the original main house, "Gamlegården", once the heart of the farm and today used as a rental residence.

The forest land is primarily located in the southern part of the property and is accessed via forest tracks. It has a site productivity of approximately 8.7 m³sk per hectare per year, with an annual growth of around 500 m³sk and an estimated standing timber volume of about 9,400 m³sk as of 2026.

Hunting rights are transferred to the buyer upon completion and include game such as moose, roe deer and wild boar. Lake Brängen offers excellent opportunities for freshwater fishing as well as crayfish fishing. The property features approximately 300 metres of shoreline, and at the bathing point a secluded setting awaits - perfect for lingering summer evenings.

From Valshalla Gård, Gothenburg can be reached in approximately 1.5 hours, while Jönköping is just 30 minutes away. Proximity to Route 40 and the E4 ensures convenient connections.

The access road to Mullsjö Alpin also runs through the property - one of southern Sweden's more reliable and well-regarded alpine ski facilities. In summer, the area offers additional amenities such as Sweden's oldest golf course, the 18-hole course at Ryfors Bruk. These, however, serve merely as complements to what Valshalla Gård itself provides: a private bathing area, scenic pastures, mushroom-rich forests and elevated wetlands offering a unique birdlife, along with seasonal berries such as lingonberries, blueberries and cloudberries.
