Rare opportunity on the road Marie-Victorin in Verchères: a riverfront land along the St. Lawrence River, in one of the most beautiful rural scenery of the South Shore. The landscape is open to the water and the scenic route is recognized for its heritage charm. The site is suitable for anyone who wants to build a unique residence in a quiet area, while remaining within a reasonable distance from Montreal. The project is already well advanced, a geotechnical study has been carried out and plans for a two-generation house have been prepared. The riprap has been completed. The retaining wall and riverbank development remain to be done.
