Now for sale is a log house on a large approximately 15,000 m² plot in Tervo. This property offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking a renovation project and wishing to realize their own living or investment ideas.

The spacious plot contains a total of three buildings: the main building and two large storage buildings, one of which has a sauna.

The interior of the main building has been mostly gutted, making it easy to start renovations according to your own plans. The 1.5-story house offers the possibility to build an upper floor for additional living space. The upper floor already has provisions for rooms.

Currently, the house has one bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom, with most of the structures still in place.

The atmosphere of the living room is complemented by a traditional bread oven, which adds character to the house and offers possibilities after renovation.

This property is ideally suited for a buyer with renovation skills who sees the potential in an old log house. The large plot, multiple outbuildings, and the possibility to expand living spaces make this project full of opportunities.
