Location

The Avenidas Novas are the modern centre of the city.

Characterised by wide and flat streets, residential use predominates here, although there are important business areas concentrated in the main areas of the Avenida da Rep�blica axis, bordering on Marqu�s de Pombal and Entrecampos.

Small shops are common, as are services, restaurants, good shopping centres and a very good transport network. There is also an increasingly extensive cycle lane.

Saldanha metro station is just a 5 minute walk away.

Description

The concept behind Visconde de Santar�m was the rehabilitation of an old services building and its transformation into modern and functional flats with a very striking aesthetic and design.

The main fa�ade was transformed, replacing the old aluminium frames with effective acoustic and thermal insulation systems, in order to largely overcome the current legal requirements in these matters.

The creation of verandas with great transparency that extend the space to the outside was also one of the bets. Besides the entrance of light, allowed by the use of glass in the entire fa�ade, creating authentic walls of light!

The flats are available in typologies from one up to four bedrooms and all units have outdoor space and garage!
