The house consists of a main house with two bedrooms with a private bathroom with bathtub and other environments. Three bungalows overlooking the sea that connect via a planned trail with the main house and a boat house. The common area created to offer privacy has an external terrace with a dining room and barbecue. Pool area surrounded by deck and ornamental lake carved out of indigenous stones. Solarium, jacuzzi overlooking the sea and private beach. The island is also equipped with a helipad and a pier to dock large ships.
