The house is located on top of a cliff, overlooking the entire coast. It was projected by architects Paulo Milani and Alberto Busacca and built by designer and builder Ricardo Salem. The property has different levels privileging the view. Its interior has an indigenous Brazilian style, with a decoration that harmoniously combines design furniture and elements borrowed from European culture. On the second floor, the social area is composed of a living room with a bathroom, a large terrace, and two bedrooms, each with queen size beds, bathroom, and ocean view. On the second floor, the intimate area has a mezzanine with TV room and master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom, and view. Through partially covered pathways, the second unit has a kitchen, dining room, and views of the pool and ocean. There are two other independent houses that complete the property, in the first one there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with bathroom and separated by a living room, where the highlight is a chandelier made from a pet bottle. In the second house there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a veranda with a view.
