The house, built in 2020 is in pristine condition and is the perfect size for a couple or a family. Its floor plan is ample and offers great flexibility, with four bedrooms, three baths, one of which is independent enough to be your own office with its own bathroom; it boasts a big kitchen island, double bodied freezer refrigerator and quartz countertops. The open concept living, and dining room connect directly to the roofed terrace dining and sitting area and the pool. You can enjoy having your own gym or playroom in a lower level bonus room with great views and an extra big rooftop terrace with a sink at a higher level for entertainment on the canopy with the view. The main house areas are in one level, friendly and accessible. The gym/playroom has two accesses and the rooftop terrace access through stairs. There is also a cozy central patio to welcome air currents in all directions.
The Master bedroom has delightful views to the forest as well as the river ocean view, with its own deck for a relaxing hammock time or simply working from home if you prefer outside.
