Entry level 1st floor; You enter the apartment via the communal entrance – immediately upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway with storage, plus a spacious living room area with picture windows onto a wrap round balcony. This floor has 3 substantial bedrooms, one ensuite, 2 sharing a very generous family bathroom. All bedrooms have large windows keeping the space light and airy. A wooden staircase then leads you to the top floor.

Upper level 2nd floor; This impressive level has double height ceilings with a striking central fireplace in the main living area.
