Quinta dos Espadeiros is located in the municipality of Almada and dates back its origins to the XVII century, constituting a true oasis in the middle of the urban environment. Its unique location offers excellent accessibility, guaranteed by a 10-minute drive from Lisbon across the 25 de Abril Bridge towards the Almada forum shopping area. The architectural and cultural heritage formed by the house and chapel, is joined by a phenomenal landscape composed by large lakes, surrounded by trees and other plants. The main house integrates two independent habitational complexes, but connected in the central space by a 17th/18th century chapel. An L-shaped, ground floor, where the kitchen and the dovecote are included, which constitute the oldest dependencies of this nucleus, consists of an imposing entrance hall, with natural light and a square slab tank; lounge, library, bedroom, 2 toilets and storeroom. All these rooms have direct access to the patios and gardens, where there is a large swimming pool. There is a group of buildings, consisting of a lagar (olive press) and a wine cellar. At the southern end of the farm, there is a large pavilion, with approximately 800m2, automatic doors and coating with thermal panels "sandwich". The main elevation is made with Saint Gobin double glazing.
