House with architecture signed by André Hauser and immersed in the green, with a land of 5 thousand m², which includes a private forest with a spring. The project fully integrates the environments, providing fluidity and luminosity due to the large windows arranged throughout the house, with a privileged view of the trees. It has noble materials, such as wood, which is the main coating used. On the ground floor, the living room is fully integrated with the outdoor area and has a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a modern, planned American kitchen. All this with a privileged view of the vegetation, with landscaping by José Tabacow, in front of an infinity pool in Hijau Palimanan. Still on this floor, an accessible ground floor suite and complete service area. To access the intimate area, a wooden staircase - with a slide for children - leads to the upper floor. On one side, a study room and an environment that is used as a studio. On the other side, a wide corridor with access to the four bedrooms, three of which are suites with dressing room - the master with a double sink, a large closet room and a 180° view of the landscape. The structure has electronic biometrics, air conditioning in all environments, electrical blackouts, in addition to solar energy from 20 photovoltaic panels, intelligent lighting technology, CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) structure and Steel Frame - combining high performance, sustainability and innovative design - and environmental preservation.
