A house on the first line in front of Lake Puyehue, with 30 square meters of lakefront with sandy beach, with an area of 3351 square meters, a main house of approximately 250 square meters built, and a caretaker's house of approximately 60 square meters built.


First floor: Main entrance hall, guest bathrooms, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room with access to a covered terrace, open-plan kitchen, laundry room, pantry, a large bedroom with a wood-burning stove, and access to a terrace. A small guest apartment with a bathroom.


Second floor: Two bedrooms, a sitting room, and a bathroom. The house is equipped with a central heating system; it only needs the boiler and radiators.


Caretaker's house: On the first floor, there's a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove.


Electric water pump for the main house and caretaker's house. There's a storage area and woodshed.


The house was built in 1998, using native wood from Lingue and Canelo trees.
