Watergate Bay offers two miles of golden sands on the rugged North Cornish coastline, between the coastal resorts of Newquay and Mawgan Porth. This lock-up and leave holiday apartment is set within an exclusive development, which is set above the Watergate Bay Hotel and Beach.

Activities on the doorstep include walks along the coastal footpath, surfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking, with the nearby Extreme Academy offering lessons and hire facilities for all ages. RNLI Lifeguards are on duty from May to the end of September and there is extensive parking and facilities onsite.

The nearby Watergate Bay Hotel, which is not associated with the property, has extensive facilities including three restaurants, a swimming pool, spa and beach shop. Watergate Bay hosts surf competitions and Boardmasters festival in August.

Beachcombers was completed in 2005, and occupies a prominent position in Watergate Bay at the bottom of Tregurrian Hill.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the complex, designed for coastal holidays, including a double bedroom, a generous lounge/kitchen/dining area, a shower room with a cloakroom, and a second cloakroom. The property boasts a private patio with easy access, along with gas central heating and uPVC double glazing throughout.

The apartment is currently fitted with some access friendly features, mobility friendly with direct level access from exterior, and a wet room.

Outside, you'll enjoy a sunny, south-facing patio and an allocated parking space. Situated in the desirable Watergate Bay area, the beach is just a short 200-yard stroll, while Newquay, Cornwall’s leading tourist destination, is only four miles away.
