This region of North Devon is famous for its dramatic coastline, sandy beaches, and unspoiled countryside. Solace is conveniently located between the villages of Combe Martin and Berrynarbor, both of which offer a variety of shops, several pubs, and primary schools.

The North Devon Coast is renowned for its beautiful beaches and is a popular destination for surfers. In addition to Combe Martin Beach, other stunning beaches in the area include Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde, and Saunton, which features two 18-hole championship links golf courses.

For hiking enthusiasts, the South West Coast Path runs along the scenic and pristine northern coastline, easily accessible from Solace House. The property is also located on the northwestern edge of Exmoor National Park, which provides a wide range of sporting and recreational activities.

The North Devon Link Road is approximately 18 miles to the south, granting access to the M5 motorway at Tiverton. Tiverton Parkway station, located 43 miles from the property, offers regular direct train services to London Paddington, with journey times starting at just over 2 hours.

There is also a railway station in Barnstaple, which provides the picturesque Tarka Line rail link to Exeter. Additionally, Exeter and Bristol International Airports offer flights to various domestic and international destinations.

Completed in the summer of 2018, Solace was designed by award-winning architect Guy Greenfield. This property offers state-of-the-art contemporary living within a unique and striking architectural design. The grounds have been meticulously designed to take full advantage of the property's exceptional location. Access to the house is via a long driveway, and an expansive terrace garden is positioned directly adjacent to the house.
