The Coach House House has a lovely situation being within a large and private garden but 300m from Alyth's picturesque town square and local shops. Alyth is a rural town just to the east of Blairgowrie, close to the county boundary with Angus. The area is known for its fertile farmland and soft fruit production and the town services a busy farming community. Secondary schooling is in Blairgowrie and Kirriemuir with buses running from Alyth and Blairgowrie to The High School of Dundee, Craigclowan, Strathallan and Glenalmond which are independent schools within 28 miles.

The Coach House
The Coach House is situated just to the northeast of the main house and has been converted into a surprisingly large and comfortable 4/5 bedroom house. Its bright dining kitchen has a breakfast bar, space for a dining table and French windows. There are four bedrooms (two en suite) and a bathroom on the ground floor. The sitting room and one further en suite bedroom are situated on the first floor. A mature laurel hedge has recently been planted to separate The Coach House from Drumnacree House, creating its own neat private garden with parking. Separate vehicular access has also been created from the street.

Directions

If arriving in Alyth from Blairgowrie turn left down St Andrews Street before reaching the town square. The entrance to The Coach House is on the left hand side just after the turning to Alexandra Street.
