Kintbury is a delightful village with a range of local amenities including a village store and post office, hairdressers, tennis club, volunteer drivers service and a doctor’s surgery with dispensary. A wider range of amenities including supermarkets and leisure facilities can be found in either Hungerford or Newbury, both of which are attractive market towns.

Kintbury has a railway station with direct trains to London Paddington from 53 minutes, or there is a more frequent service from Newbury from 52 minutes. The M4 and A34 are four miles away, allowing excellent road access to London and Heathrow Airport to the east, Bath and Bristol to the west, Oxford, the Midlands and the South Coast.
