The tiny hamlet of Broxholme lies in a peaceful yet well-connected setting, approximately six miles from Lincoln city centre and beside the River Till. Local amenities can be found in the popular village of Saxilby, approximately two miles away, including a small supermarket, a coffee shop and a pub.

The area is also well served for education and leisure, with Burton Hathow Preparatory School approximately 2.8 miles away, and a David Lloyd health and fitness club approximately 3.7 miles away.
