Leuchars railway station is on the main Aberdeen to London line and provides a link to Edinburgh and a sleeper service to London. Dundee Airport offers flights to London Heathrow, and Edinburgh Airport is only 50 miles away.

Description

The Stables forms the ground floor of the former stables building to St Leonards House, which was the manse for the church opposite, built in the early 1900s. The building was converted into two flats, with the ground floor flat being known as The Stables and the first floor The Hayloft.

The Stables is accessed via its own front door from Hepburn Gardens, from the gravelled courtyard. The Stables' has its own private yard at the rear of the property.

A solid wooden door opens into a tiled entrance hall which leads into the living room / kitchen with a large feature window.
