The property is situated in the heart of Ewen, a highly regarded Cotswold village with the infant River Thames flowing through it and lots of social activities. The village supports a well known pub, The Wild Duck (recently re-opened after extensive refurbishment), whilst further essential facilities are found in nearby Kemble. These include a general stores/post office, Parish Church, village hall.pub and a primary school (rated good by Ofsted). The lovely ancient town of Cirencester is the nearest market town (about 3.5 miles) and provides an excellent range of boutiques, shops, services and amenities. Communications are first class with there being a regular rail service from Kemble to London Paddington, taking approximately 70 minutes. The A419 from Cirencester provides direct access to both the M4 and M5, whilst the Fosse Way links the area to the East Midlands.

Directions

From Cirencester take the A433 road signposted for Tetbury. After approximately 1 mile, take the turning left on the A429 signposted Malmesbury and Chippenham. After approximately 1 and a half miles, after entering Kemble Village, turn left and immediately left again signposted Ewen. On entering the village of Ewen, Mill Cottage will be found after a short distance on the left hand side.
