The island of Lastovo, building land 30m from the sea. The land is south-facing, with an open view of the sea and nearby islands. Rows of olive trees were planted on it from the eastern and western borders towards the neighbors in order to obtain even greater privacy. The second row is from the sea with built stairs that lead directly to the sea and a newly built beach of 60m2 that only the owner uses and to which a concession for personal use can also be formally obtained at a symbolic annual price. The land has access by car as well as other infrastructure that is nearby.
