Dating back to 1890, The Old Bank formerly served the town of Elie until it was renovated into a residential home. The property is ideally situated in the vibrant heart of Elie, offering easy access to a variety of local shops and amenities. Within a short walk of about 0.3 miles, you'll find Elie Beach, renowned for its golden sands and scenic beauty as well as the famous Ship Inn, a beloved local pub known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. The gates to Elie House are along the High Street to the east, with the Elie Estate offering lovely opportunities for countryside walks.

Elie is in the East Neuk of Fife, famed for its picturesque fishing villages and unspoilt beaches. St Andrews, 'the home of golf' and the setting for one of Britain's oldest universities, is only 13 miles away. There are traditional links golf courses at nearby Crail, Leven and Lundin Links and new courses at Kingsbarns and St Andrews Bay.

Edinburgh is around 42 miles away accessed by road, or from the nearest train station at Leuchars which is 16 miles to the north of Elie.
