Drive just twenty minutes and enter the gates of the ranch, where live water meets long range views and ideal location meets quiet serenity. A few things this magnificent ranch has to offer are Boerne Independent School District, private ponds, spectacular bluffs with views of the Texas Hill Country, and the headwaters of Little Joshua Creek! Entering the gated ranch, you will find a storage barn for equipment as well as two nice water wells (twelve and fifteen gallons per minute).
