DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The wine cellar (430 m² – 4,627 ft², 2 bathrooms) is a large modern building with a reinforced concrete structure, partially underground, housing all rooms necessary for grape processing and winemaking, as well as warehouses and vehicle garages. Upstairs is the company shop with a service bathroom.

A short distance from the winery is the owners' residence (125 m² – 1,345 ft², 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), arranged on two levels. On the ground floor are a large living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Upstairs is an office space with terrace, a small bathroom, and a large attic.

Among the vineyards, there is also a small farmhouse (92 m² – 990 ft², 2 bedrooms) on two floors, still divided in the traditional manner with agricultural rooms on the ground floor and living quarters on the first floor. The building requires some renovation and modernization interventions.
