Don't let looks fool you!!! The property has been extensively updated from top to bottom. Windows on first floor are boarded as a precaution. All of the windows are actually newer. Both water tanks and boiler are all a few years old. Both kitchens are all new including beautiful designer back splashes. All flooring and paint is new thruout. Baths gave been completely updated and include tile surrounds on the tub and shower. A second bedroom could easily be added to the top floor to maximize rent due to the oversized rooms in that unit. Alll this plus huge deck that is in good shape and covered front porch. The 2 car garage is the cherry on top...Don't wait this could be a huge money maker or turned into a nice place for a large family to occupy.
