Greece Luxury Homes and villas

Greece is famed for its natural beauty and magnificent scenery, much of which is displayed across its 16,000 km of coastline featuring pearl white beaches and turquoise water.

Situated in Southeastern Europe the country consists of two mainland peninsulas and around 6,000 islands: Crete, Rhodes and Corfu are among the most popular, however many others are formed of clusters.

Its capital Athens offers rich history, ancient landmarks and Greek culture, whilst islands such as Mykonos provide the party atmosphere.

Eighty percent of the country consists of mountains or hills, making Greece one of the most mountainous countries in Europe. They also have one of the lowest costs of living in the European Union.

Athens is home to some of Greece’s wealthiest suburbs. Kifissia is one of the most expensive northern suburbs of the city and has traditionally been a base for the rich and famous including major Greek political families.

Properties here are upwards of €8 million, such as a five-bedroom luxury mansion on the hills overlooking the town. You will also find the streets lined with luxury stores from Louis Vuitton to Gucci and Prada.

Crete is the largest of all the Greek islands and a favourite with property buyers and tourists. Property here is more expensive than the surrounding islands due to its popularity - however luxury doesn’t cost the earth and a three-bedroom villa with sea views comes with a price tag of a modest €700,000.

In neighbouring Corfu you can purchase a plot of land measuring 630 square metres for the sum of €25,000 to build your dream home. In Halkidiki, a popular tourist destination, 3,000 square metres situated near to the beach can be purchased for €290,000.
