Valencia is a port city on Spain’s southeastern coast – the Port of Valencia is the fifth busiest container port in Europe and the busiest container port on the Mediterranean Sea.

This, the most modern tourist destination in Valencia, sits amongst contemporary buildings alongside a characterful old quarter.

In Science City, a two-storey high rise penthouse with a wraparound terrace overlooking the Calatrava opera house on one side and the harbour on the other, will cost a relatively modest £542,000.
