Czech architecture studio Black n' Arch has designed a new mixed-use tower that resembles "a vertical shipwreck" on the outskirts of Prague, Czech Republic.

Designed by architecture firm Orak, this hillside home is situated on a sloped lot with endless vistas of tree-covered hills stretching across the horizon. Each room boasts breathtaking views of the valley. The first of three levels – the basement – is a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation, complete with a sauna, sparkling bath, a lap pool, snooker table and a walk-out to the garden. A stone staircase takes you upstairs, where tucked privately away on the third level you’ll find the bedrooms – a sweet retreat indeed.
