Villa Sunshade is located on the southern Tuscan coast, in the heart of the Maremma region, just a short distance from long sandy beaches and the charming village of Capalbio. The property, featured in Vogue, accommodates up to 12 guests across six air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, distributed over three levels of the villa.
The estate extends over nine hectares of beautifully landscaped gardens and is surrounded by elegant covered terraces, stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas — perfect for sunset cocktails and relaxed gatherings. A large round dining table comfortably seats up to 16 guests for al fresco lunches and dinners.
The saltwater infinity pool (20 x 4.5 metres), complete with a counter-current swimming system, is set on a lower terrace overlooking the sea. A fresh-water poolside shower is also available.
The property offers covered parking for four cars, as well as additional outdoor parking for up to ten vehicles.
The staff includes one gardener and two housekeepers, all residing on the estate, ensuring attentive service while fully respecting guests’ privacy.
