Villa Sunshade is on the southern coast of Tuscany in Maremma, close to long sandy beaches and the quaint little village of Capalbio. The property sleeps up to 12 with six double bedrooms all air-conditioned, each with its own ensuite bathroom and distributed over the 3 levels of the villa.

This stunning home is set upon nine hectares with sumptuous gardens and is surrounded by covered terraces, which are stylishly furnished, with comfortable sofas perfect for sunset cocktails. A large round table offers space for outdoor meals comfortably seating 16. The salt-water infinity pool (20 x 4.5 meters) complete with a swim jet system is situated on a lower terrace with views out towards the sea. There is a freshwater shower by the pool. Undercover parking is available for four cars and parking for a further ten cars.

The staff is made up of: a gardener and two maids, all three reside at the home.
