Rental Conditions:

(A). Any promise to lease shall be conditional upon the lessee providing a credit report, proof of employment / income and references (if available) at the entire satisfaction of the lessor.

(B). The lessee shall obtain and maintain liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 for the duration of the lease. A proof of insurance shall be provided to the lessor prior to the signing of the lease.

(C). The lessee shall not sublet the property, Airbnb is prohibited.

(D). No smoking of any kind (tobacco/cannabis or other) permitted in the property.

(E). No modifications or perforations may be made to the immovable without the lessor's written authorization.

(F). The property shall be returned in the same condition as delivered.

(G). The lessee shall bear all fees and costs arising from the loss of any keys.

(H). No pets permitted.

(I). At the end of the lease, the lessee shall return the dwelling in its original condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Any damage shall be repaired at the lessee's expense prior to vacating.

(J). Driveway parking is available for an additional fee; snow removal costs shall be shared with the Lessor.
