An exceptional opportunity to create a landmark residence in the heart of Valletta. This fully constructed Palazzo in  shell, with new windows already installed, offers an impressive 722 m² of total space, comprising 506 m² of internal accommodation and 216 m² of terraces and roof areas. Ready to be completed to the architect’s original design or reimagined entirely to your own vision, the property presents a rare opportunity to create a truly bespoke home in one of Malta’s most historic and sought-after locations.

The top floor enjoys open sea and sky views, with a protected outlook that is unlikely to be obstructed by future development on the neighbouring site. Its crowning feature is a full-size rooftop swimming pool, alongside a sun deck, entertaining area, kitchenette and bathroom, creating an exceptional setting for relaxation and entertaining above the city skyline.

The interiors are designed to embrace natural light, with glass flooring and glazed sections around the internal staircase allowing light to filter through multiple levels. The principal living floor, or piano nobile, accommodates the main living area, kitchen and dining space, complemented by a mezzanine library, study and additional living area. The spacious master suite enjoys views of the church and open sky, and features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and access to an expansive sun terrace. Shaded by the cantilevered swimming pool above and illuminated by glazed floor portholes, this terrace offers a distinctive private retreat.

Three guest bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, provide comfortable accommodation, with the option to create a fourth bedroom. A dedicated laundry room and cellar add practical utility and storage space, while a lift serving every floor ensures convenient access throughout the property.

Combining substantial internal space, exceptional terraces, a remarkable rooftop pool, protected sea views and light-filled architecture, this is a rare opportunity to finish an extraordinary Valletta palazzo to your own specifications and create a distinctive private residence in the heart of the capital.
