In fact, Simon received the first of his many Tonys while he called the property home. Spanning 2,700 square feet of pure luxury with a sublime modern aesthetic, The Beach House was recently renovated from top to bottom with the most exquisite high-end finishes throughout. The main house offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with walk-in showers, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and an open modern gourmet European kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances complete this luxurious setting. The primary suite also features a small private outdoor sitting area. Outside, there's a manicured backyard with sun loungers, a hammock, an outdoor shower, and a patio with a grill and dining table that's designed for entertaining.
