Cozy two-story log house built in 1991 on a large 15,934 m² plot in Pello. This property offers tranquility in nature, space, and versatile opportunities for both permanent living and leisure activities.

The house has approximately 100 m² of living space and a functional layout: two bedrooms, a bright living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a sauna, a utility room, and a separate WC. The loft on the upper floor provides additional sleeping space, for example, for guests or children. The fireplace in the living room brings warmth and atmosphere to the home, and the air heat pump enhances comfort.

The house has also been updated over the years. The kitchen has been renovated, and the wooden floor was installed in 2017. In 2023, tiles and underfloor heating were added to the porch, making the entrance pleasant even during the cold seasons.

The overall appeal is complemented by a lakeside sauna built in 2018, located on the other side of the plot, extending to the shoreline. The cozy fireplace makes the lakeside sauna a comfortable place for relaxation year-round. Additionally, there is a lean-to near the shore. The plot also includes a barn built in 2015.

The large plot offers a rare amount of private space and possibilities. On the lakeside, there is still approximately 200 m² of building rights, allowing for the future planning and construction of additional buildings within the permitted use and permits.

This property combines the atmosphere of a traditional log house, proximity to nature, private lake access, a large plot, and the potential for further development. It is ideally suited for those who value peace, closeness to nature, and space around them.

Welcome to explore this versatile property and enjoy the tranquility of Pello’s natural surroundings!
