Large sliding openings reduce the distinction between interior and exterior spaces, encouraging natural airflow throughout the warmer months and reinforcing the connection between the house and its environment.

The two heated infinity pools are positioned to reinforce the visual continuity between the property and the landscape beyond, while the preservation of the existing terrain ensures that the natural character of the site remains central to the experience of the house.
Sustainability and contemporary infrastructure are integrated throughout the property, including heat pump systems for heating and cooling, KNX home automation, EV charging facilities, biological wastewater treatment and the potential for Energy Class A certification.
