The villa (321 sq mt), surrounded by its park of lawns, ancient trees and hazelnut grove, enjoys a dominant position with views as far as the eye can see of those fascinating landscapes that Pierpaolo Pasolini chose as his residence, Torre di Chia, describing them as 'the most beautiful landscape in the world'.
The sun-drenched swimming pool rests on a hanging limestone solarium that enjoys an even more evocative view of the property's hazelnut grove, the woods, and the village of Bassano, which catches the sunset light. Sliding doors separate the living room from the dining room, which houses a splendid period fireplace of noble origins. Next to it is the bright, fully fitted kitchen and a second entrance hall. Also from the living room, sliding doors open onto a hallway leading to the sleeping area: 3 bedrooms, two of which have access to their own terrace, 2 bathrooms with bathtub. Downstairs, the garage has been converted into a living room and billiard room overlooking the front courtyard porches. Bathroom with shower, utility room, laundry room/kitchenette, storage rooms and large tuff cellar.
