Situated on the slopes of a majestic mountain, lies this red wine boutique winery in a valley, secluded from the normal False Bay winds. Grotesque mountains encapsulate this fertile piece of land and a river meander through it. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Chenin Blanc flourish on this farm. Abundance of water is available for the vineyards, and it has a postcard beautiful dam, surrounded with magnificent trees, casting reflections on the water. There are three dwellings on this wine estate, the main manor and additional home, built in the 1930's in the Victorian Style, as well as a cottage. The wine cellar, is equipped with areas for stainless steel fermentation tanks, cement tanks and oak barrels for maturation, with an office and boardroom. This cellar receives 125 tons of grapes per harvest.
