The main house is 260 m², fully air-conditioned, and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, four bedrooms including a master suite, each with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bathroom/shower room, wc and terrace. Outside, the many terraces facing the sea offer you plenty of living space with panoramic sea views.

A few metres from the main house, a second guest anexe, 120 m² in size, is completely independent and fully air-conditioned. It comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room opening onto a large terrace. There are two bedrooms, one of which is a double with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a shower room/wc and a dormitory with four beds made up of two double beds (140x200 cm) and 2 raised beds (90x200 cm) with shower rooms/wc. This house with sea view is beautifully surrounded by vegetation.
