Description

Old Rectory is a splendid village house set in the heart of Stock village on a mature plot of about 1.5 acres. Part of the 14th century rectory survives; incorporated in the latter 18th century building, which is now the Old Rectory, having been sold away from the church shortly after the Second World War.

The house has substantial and versatile accommodation and is located at the centre of Stock village.

The current owners purchased the property in 2014 and carried out a series of extensive improvement and refurbishment works to the property. Many of the wonderful period features have been preserved and enhanced, which include fireplaces, deep windows, high ceilings to the ground and first floor and a wide curved staircase, which all combined with modern living requirements creates a beautiful atmosphere for family life and 21st century living.
