The villa is located approximately 300 m from the foot bridge that accesses the main ski lift, the Stubnerkogel and just above the old town. All amenities such as rental shops, shops, bars and restaurant are located within easy walking distance.

CasaNeve is a spacious 400m² property divided into three fully self-contained apartments. It can be rented as an entire house or as individual units, offering flexibility for families, groups, or individuals.

The house is conveniently positioned between Bad Gastein's old town and the main ski gondola, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities all within walking distance.

Apartment April consists of 91 m² living space, on 2 floors. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a large living room which can accommodate up to 7 people.

Apartment Livia is the largest of the 3 at 101 m². The living space is spread over two floors and has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can sleep up to 10 comfortably. There is a spacious kitchen and dining area plus separate dining and living areas.

Apartment Valentina is 88 m² on one floor. There are two comfortable bedrooms with a double sofa bed in the living area and two bathrooms. The apartment can cater for up to 8 people and has a well equipped kitchen and separate dining area as well as a large living space.

Inside the house, you'll find a ski boots room, equipped with electric ski boot dryers for added convenience. There is also a heated utility room featuring a washing machine and tumble dryer for your comfort. Behind the ski boot and utility rooms, there are two additional unused spaces that offer great potential to be converted into a ski storage area, a hobby room, or even a spa area.

Outside, in the garden, the owner has preserved an old Wood House with two separate rooms: one for secure ski storage and the other for waste disposal. There is potential to convert this space into a compact, self-contained studio or apartment.
