Adobe Soul, Mountain Views & Room to Roam - Price Adjustment Now $428,000! Tucked at the quiet end of Roybal Road in the heart of the Pe asco Valley, this handcrafted adobe homestead is the real Northern New Mexico, ready for its next chapter. Here, wide-open skies, mountain air, and true privacy come together on one beautiful acre, with Picuris Pueblo lands along the boundary and the Carson National Forest just beyond. Step inside and feel the difference that genuine adobe makes. Thick, hand-built walls hold the warmth on winter nights and stay cool through summer days. Reclaimed vigas and beams stretch overhead, while southern exposure fills the home with natural light. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath Territorial-style home centers on a wood stove, a cozy place to gather on snowy evenings. A pitched metal roof added in 2015 brings lasting durability and peace of mind. What makes this property truly special is a rare combination you just don't find together anymore: a private well, adjudicated irrigation water rights, usable acreage, and authentic adobe craftsmanship, all in a peaceful, private setting. Imagine the possibilities: a garden bursting with chile and squash, a young orchard, horses, a hobby farm, or simply room to breathe and spread out. By day, enjoy sweeping views and quiet country roads. By night, the stars put on a show you'll never tire of. It's an inspiring setting for a full-time home or a creative retreat. Set along the scenic High Road to Taos, you'll feel tucked away without being cut off. Sipapu Ski Area is about 15 minutes away, Taos about 40, and Santa Fe about an hour. The wineries, galleries, and mountain villages around Dixon and Pe asco are close by. At its new price of $428,000, this is your chance to own a one-of-a-kind adobe home with an acre, water rights, and a private well. Come see why life here feels so connected to the land!
