The estate is located in the municipality of Constantina, approximately 90 kilometers from Seville city, within the Sierra Norte Natural Park.


Currently, the olive grove is operated as a dryland farm, although the property is equipped with infrastructure for conversion to irrigation, including a small reservoir that collects rainwater and spring water. It also benefits from subsidies linked to organic farming and production in mountainous areas.


Among the existing buildings, a two-story farmhouse stands out. The ground floor features a living-dining room with a fireplace, kitchen, guest restroom, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor houses six independent apartments, each with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small living area with an integrated kitchen. The farmhouse retains its original wooden ceilings.


Annexed to the main house, with independent access, there is a leisure area with a spacious lounge, bar, and fireplace. Adjacent to this area is the garden with a swimming pool and a small auxiliary building that serves as a changing room and storage.


The estate is fully fenced and features oil-fired heating, connection to the electricity grid, a well, automatic irrigation system, and a water softener. Furniture is optional, and the overall state of conservation is good.


The property is situated in a protected natural environment, surrounded by pasturelands, mountains, and olive groves. The area offers tranquility, open landscapes, and a rural lifestyle, with easy access to urban centers such as Constantina, which provides basic services, a train station, and good road connections to Seville and other municipalities in the Sierra Norte.
